Cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy combines evidence-based psychological approaches with hypnotherapy techniques. It works with both conscious thought patterns and subconscious processes to work through thoughts, emotions, habits, and internal patterns, while also developing relaxation, self-regulation, and emotional resilience skills. The work is highly effective, practical, collaborative, and tailored to your goals.

Sessions usually involve reflective exploration, emotional skill-building, practical tools, and guided hypnotherapy or nervous-system regulation work. Hypnotherapy can be very relaxing, and involves focused attention and often imagery. Each session is collaborative and tailored to you, shaped around what you want to work on and what feels most supportive for you.

Yes. Many people find online sessions just as effective as in-person work, and research supports this. Being in your own space often helps you feel more comfortable and relaxed, which can support deeper focus and engagement during sessions.
